SQL Server (advanced administration, optimization, monitoring).

T-SQL.

Performance management: indexing, maintenance plans, query tuning.

SQL supervision tools: SSMS, SQL Profiler, and market-standard monitoring tools.

HA/DR concepts: AlwaysOn, clustering, backup/restore strategies.

Windows Server.

Knowledge of SQL Server security best practices.

Proven expertise in SQL Server administration in large-scale environments.

Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.

Experience in high-availability infrastructures.

Ability to handle critical topics and collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams.

Experience in corporate or regulated environments is a plus.

Location: Brussels.

Partial remote possible (typically 2–3 days/week depending on the organization).

Start date: as soon as possible.

French and English required.
